Dynamic music layers
An C++ example application I created, based on DirectX 11 tutorial 7, which uses FMOD Studio for the sound. A spinning cube is used to control different instruments. Depending on what color you change it to, corresponding instruments (strings, brass, harp, or bass) are brought out in the Star Wars mix. Each instrument is on a different layer. The music segment I created with thanks to talented composer Denny Velt’s insightful split-screen video.
