Mercs (.w3x) (2008)
Multiplayer game map (mod) for Warcraft 3. Plenty of scripted game mechanics.  Played 3v3 or 4v4

Single-elimination tourney bracket simulator

VisualStudio.net (2004):

ShipAttack_Single.exe – Variation of the game battle ship against the computer.

OrderingInterface.exe – Dummy user-interface

Pong.exe – Simple variation of 1 player pong

ScreenSaver.exe – Simple sports screen saver

FlightObjects.exe – Simulating airplane bombers flying over a target.

ChatClient.exe, ChatServer.exe – Chatroom program (from template).

Java:

chess.class – Small chess ranking program.
“java chess chessdata.txt” to run. (Data)

gui_applet.class – Same program as a java applet.

Perl:

chess.pl – Same program in perl. “perl chess.pl chessdata.txt” to run.
chess_script.pl – Same program as a perl script (CGI).

C++ (1999):

ggunfire.exe – Mech game (2 player or vs. comp) with decent animation & sound effects. (Only runs on ancient systems)

TI-82 (1997): Many puzzle, platformer, text

Q Basic (1996):

Still fun to look back on. Unzip & run the .exe
